Wow what an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and even better than described. The location is fantastic - very close to the beach (walking distance) with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. House was exceptionally clean and well presented and very clear communication throughout with the host. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

This house is very special. The sweeping vistas from the huge main communal space and the terrace are mesmerizing .. you can literally lose your day looking out with a cup of coffee and then glass of wine in your hand. The house is very well equipped with high end appliances and the beds are all very comfortable. We were a large family of nine and all generations loved the place. Sian the agent was very responsive and put us in touch with an outstanding chef called Shelby who is highly recommended. We all hope to come back.

Anastasis was the perfect spot for resting and relaxing and exploring areas around Cape Point. Our group naturally gravitated to the deck every moment we could from morning coffee, to lunch around the table, to sunset wine. The house is just idyllic with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and charm as well as every amenity you could hope for. Thank you so much to Sian, Spiwe and David for making us so comfortable.

Great place. Lots of space, great wraparound veranda, cool bedrooms downstairs. Outstanding location - what a beach !

We had a fantastic stay! The house was even better than the photos! Super cozy with lots of great nooks to relax in and yet still had large spaces for us to gether in comfortably. The views are amazing and the beach is just a short walk. Sian had some great local recommendations too. We didn't want to leave!

We had a great stay at Anastasis. Sian was an excellent host and was extremely responsive. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room to space out and relax. The property was beautiful with great rooms and a lovely view of the sea. There are cute restaurants and shops nearby. Ubers were easy to get and arrived quickly.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Elle est idéalement située à proximité de Cape Town et surplombant l’une des plus belles plages de la région. Sian a toujours été réactive et amicale dans sa communication avec nous.La maison est incroyable et parfaitement conforme à la description, dans un environnement calme et extraordinaire. Je recommande fortement !

من أعظم وأجمل تجارب السكن الي مرّت علي، سكن متكامل وجميل ونظيف ومرتب، ومباشرة على الشاطئ بطريق خاص للفيلا!الغرف متكاملة مع دورة مياه نظيفة، التواصل مع صاحبة النزل سلس ومتعاونة كثيرًا! كنّا شباب خمس أشخاص واستمتعنا جدًا بهذا السكن، انصح به وبشدة!

Memorable place go stay

Sian is such a great host, with excellent communication and always available when needed. She ensured we were aware of the best route to the beach and was very responsive to messages. We absolutely loved our stay, and it was a beautiful way to enter my 30th birthday.

The housing was one of the most beautiful residences I lived in. The view was great and access to the beach was easy, and the accommodation was very clean and the rooms are great for sure. If I come to Cape Town again, I will make a reservation for the duration of my trip in this wonderful residence.Thank you Sian
